I work in operations and genuinely love both my role and the people I get to work with every day. The team is made up of hardworking, collaborative individuals, and that really shows in the culture. People who contribute and support each other tend to thrive here, while those who aren’t strong team players don’t stick around long. What stands out is that everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves, help each other out, and push toward the same goals. If you’re someone who is a fixer, who values teamwork, accountability, and being part of a group that truly works together to build a company, it’s a great place to be.

It’s a startup environment, so it can definitely feel fast-paced and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that comes with the territory, and I am okay with that.
