The team chemistry is great and leadership does a great job championing the R&D team to the rest of the company as well as potential clients. You have a high level of agency in terms of your workload. Everyone on the team is usually more than willing to help out if needed with user stories/epics. Certifications (Azure, Amazon, GCP) are sponsored through the company which is great. The company is also fully remote so that is a huge plus. Opportunities for growth exist (I started as an intern and transitioned to full time). Others on the team split work between govt. contracts which also leads to greater opportunity for career growth.

One of the most rewarding companies I have ever worked for. This is my first civilian job after separating from the Navy and I couldn't be more blessed. The company culture is absolutely amazing. They really emphasize and encourage personal and professional growth and provide plenty of opportunities to do so. They even fund professional certifications. Since I have been here, I have had the opportunity to learn so much about the industry. Management and upper management has no hesitation rewarding and commending hard work and it is a place I see myself growing in even further. The collaboration between teams and individuals is amazing. Even as a remote company, I feel very close to my coworkers.
