Unfortunately, the team is very small, so you'll end up doing stuff outside of your specialty. You will eventually degrade into someone who's just okay at everything, and your talent will probably go unrecognized. Compliments are rarely given out, and working weekends without overtime pay is simply expected. Client schedules are unreasonable and producers who do not understand the process (even though they try to be as helpful and understanding as possible) will make your life very difficult and antisocial. With the company demanding too much of your time, you won't be able to work on your portfolio very much and may get stuck.
