Pros
Great collaborative environment. I was a student majoring in a non-art area who only had some art pieces from high school to show for; even so, Animax took a chance on me and let me intern for the fall. What's more, the work they gave me had actual impact (it went into the final product, wasn't trivial). Really appreciate the time I had working there.
Cons
In general, the art/animation industry is a tough one (no lavish pay/compensation), so it's not a problem with Animax as it is with the industry in general.

- Super friendly folks - Workplace synergy! - Comedy projects - You've got to love to laugh and have a great sense of humor! - Animating in Flash - if that is your forte, be it in film/tv/games, then this is the place for you!
