      Great work-life balance, but travel policies need improvement

      Pros

      Very good company , very good sork life balance, people are good and also fresh food , u will get cab facilities , no micro management

      Cons

      Only 3 days mandatory, can be improved in this area , can make it 2 days rather than 3 days , because people are coming from far and also Bangalore traffic is terrific to do travel so better if company can change the police and give leniency to employees
