      Pros

      Great place to build or sharpen your inside sales skills, team members range from very experienced to novice. Interesting sales projects, management does a fantastic job of bringing some really cool Tech clients in. Relaxed work environment, opportunity to learn Salesforce if you don't already know it. A block from BART. Monthly bonus opportunity. Great snacks and coffee. Casual dress code. Schedule may be flexible depending on your assignment.

      Cons

      It can be easy to feel like an island, given the nature of the projects.

      Was an Excellent opportunity to work on some top notch projects for some top notch Software companies and sharpen my skills

      Some management were not present when problems arose and probably could have dealt with personnel issues better

      In my 4+ years at Annuity, I've met some of the most friendliest professionals and admirable management in my career. I felt like it was a small family. Much of my time was spent with my Annuity family and I wouldn't have had it any other way! I can't THANK Annuity enough for helping my career grow and also showed me ways I can always improve. They pushed me to be the BEST and the results showed! Annuity is truly a business that will give you the tools to succeed...it's up to you to do your part! IF you're expecting to have leads and opportunities served to you in a silver platter this is not the place for you. They are relaxed in some ways but have no tolerance for anyone that isn't there to do their job. The point is they will promote when hard work is obvious. Personally, they've helped me out when they didn't have to and for that I'm forever grateful. I miss my Annuity family but never know when our paths may cross again = )

      Cons

      Salary isn't great but they're still growing. When I started there was a lack of benefits and compensation but when I left it was moving to the right direction. I'm confident that Annuity will continue to be successful! They definitely know what they're doing.
