Pros
Most people work with you are friendly, provide good accommodation and travel & transport allowance. The best thing is providing good rotation shift for employees working abroad: two to three month working abroad and one month vacation.
Cons
Poor training are conducted and frequent position changing, which make employees have no chance to get professional knowledge and career development. Over-time without extra benefit.
