Great mix of work/life balance, interesting work, and mission
Pros
After few decades working in big tech and smaller startups would highly recommend working at Apiiro to anyone looking from the product/engineering side. - Great work/life balance and authentic empathy and care for employees. Saw it first hand several times going out of the way to solve employees' personal issues. - Technical leads not only have strong strategic vision, but still grasp the code/infra in detail which is impressive to see still be true at a larger scale. - Mission is tricky to grasp because such a new-ish area, but company seems to be excelling and helping defined the area (ASPM) - Abundant interesting problems to work on. Work is interesting using modern tooling w/AI assistance. Focus on solving problems the right way, although processes around design reviews and such is less uniform.
Cons
- still a few operational rough edges from startup days, but see them continuously being ironed out
