As for salary hikes, that will usually depend upon the employee's performance, contribution and overall economic conditions. In this employee's case, it will also depend upon his billable utilization rates.

highly dedicated marketing team , down to earth CFO .utmost atttention to employee visa process, payroll . they can get you good rates , lots of depth in marketing. i see lot of consulting experience in every policy they have.

2. The Sales team is really good. Getting projects is not tough.
3. Transparency in Bill Rates, Benefits etc. No hidden surprises after joining the company.

1. Need to increase the number of Direct clients.
