Incredibly talented team, diverse, committed and family-like warm environment. Good solid product, reliable and valuable for customers. Excellent customer advocacy and retention. Exciting future with upcoming product development.

Cons

Challenging macro economic climate has had a slowing effect on bold exciting plans that were made, but the business is navigating this in the best way ensuring stability and retention come first and making sensible adjustments to budgets.

Pros

It's almost a cliché that the best thing about AppLearn is its people, but it's a cliché for good reason. Overwhelmingly, people are not only friendly and welcoming, but smart and driven too. It's also well documented that the office is vibrant and positive with free breakfasts and a superbly well stocked kitchen! AppLearn plays a positive role in the community, recent examples include attending pro-manchester's IWD lunch, marching at Manchester Pride and frequent fundraising activities for Manchester Mind.

Cons

AppLearn's pension contribution is quite low.

Company has great and supportive culture on all levels. Everybody is respecting company's core values with no ego principles. Communication is transparent, everybody is working hard and party hard as well :-) Great team spirit and amazing product

Still small company with promising future.
