Really great group of people. Everyone is incredibly friendly, which makes you instantly feel like part of the team starting on day 1. It also inspires a lot of confidence to work with people who are as bright as the employees here. Start-up vibe with great perks like free lunch in addition to all the usual standard stuff, including 401k match which you don't really see in most startups. Bike commuter benefit is a nice unanticipated plus too. Good work/life balance. I get the sense that management genuinely cares and wants employees to love coming to work (which I do). Tons of growth right now and really cool product.

Overall the company has been extremely welcoming and everyone has such a positive attitude toward the company and what we are trying to accomplish. There is a ton of growth happening at the company and it is an exciting time to be a part of the fun. I was worried about the people at a small startup coming from large organizations in the past but the people here are amazing and have really made the transition from big company to small super easy. The product is just as great as the people and make it a joy to help sell. Gone are the days where you have to over-sell and put "lipstick on a pig" in order to make sales happen.
