      Possibilities to grow and shape the role

      Pros

      I'm really glad I had the opportunity to work here - working as a part of the Product/Design team I felt supported to learn and grow, and I had the freedom to do a variety of projects and shape the position to be what I wanted. I felt like there was lots of flexibility and trust regarding the time and work management, which was great.

      Cons

      As in any startup it's more suitable for people who can work in an environment that changes quite fast.

      - A really impressive group of people building a continually disrupting service. - Great flexibility of working location (remote first). - Ever-changing industry keeps you on your feet. - Exposure to business functions allows for strong growth opportunities.

      - Tough markets impact SaaS businesses heavily and Apperio is no exception.

      Unique approach thats going to change legal

      Great and very smart team all dedicated to changing the way payments for legal work is delivered using the unique approach Apperio has.

      Cons

      Apperio has had to adjust its size which has meant some people had to leave whilst taking the company to breakeven.
