      Amazing place to learn and grow as a product designer

      Pros

      Culture is really great. Lots of feedback rounds with a caring and considerate team. The founders are super lovely, and offer incredible support to everyone in the production team. The company encourages growth and learning, and allows product designers to take ownership of their projects and clients, which really enables us to develop quickly. This was my first product design role, and it has been absolutely amazing so far.

      Cons

      There isn't much support yet in the way of technology (have to use our own laptops) but this will be changing pretty soon I believe.

      Pros

      Open communication, friendly atmosphere where anyone in the company is approachable and you have a voice. Alongside a very talented team where collaboration and pushing each other to grow is encouraged.

      Cons

      A young company, there's a lacking of structure for new employees. Although since my time here they've been constantly improving this and the experience for each new team member gets even better as they join and Appetiser grows
