Pros
I have worked for AIC for several years and in the time I have been here I have seen the following - employees who truly accept you into their culture and are willing to help you learn, employers who care about your success and want to help you progress in your career, and a corporate culture that is something special. Employees have room for substantial growth, I have personally seen the company more than double in size since I was hired and we are still continuing to grow! Another benefit is the ability for movement across departments, we have many employees who start in one department but find out they are more suited to another and management always supports these employees in moving them toward the department where they are most successful. Something else unique is the training culture at AIC, not only do we invest in training our clients, we also invest in training internally meaning that every employee has a unique learning opportunity to gain experience they may not have received elsewhere.
Cons
Each person has the ability to shape their own growth, if you are an unmotivated or unhappy personality you will likely not fit in/succeed in your role.
