2yThank you for your feedback! Given our manufacturing environment, we implement a point system to monitor employee attendance and contributions. However, we prioritize employee well-being, allowing for sick days and a higher threshold of points before disciplinary actions are taken regarding attendance. This policy is thoroughly discussed during the interview, offer, and orientation processes.
