      Pros

      I love working for AVT; it has one of the most wholesome and positive work cultures I have experienced in a long time. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this team. What I appreciate most is how empowered I feel to perform my job. My manager trusts me, and because of that trust, I am motivated to work even harder. Having worked for a handful of Fortune 500 companies, including some in the Fortune 5, I can truly value this experience, as it is a rarity in today’s job market. I highly recommend this company to future candidates.
