1. You have full ownership of your work, and you are encouraged to take it from planning to execution 2. You get ample opportunities to experiment, put your ideas to test, improvise them based on outcomes and re-iterate 3. You inculcate the company culture of grit, determination and work-ethic 4. You are surrounded by a group of highly motivated and cheerful individuals
Cons
1. Only problem I have faced is the scarcity of resources at times, as a result of which implementation of ideas might take longer than expected.
