      Pros

      Appluent offers a lot of growth for their employees you are able to dabble in many different aspects of the company, no day is the same your daily task always varies as the day goes by. What's also awesome about working at Appluent is your voice matters, you frequently collaborate with the team and any thoughts or ideas you have are always heard out. With any job you are expected to get your work done.

      Ability to test the waters of multiple areas of interest to decide what is best to focus on for yourself and the company Team culture is always positive and uplifting Knowledge is respected and trust is placed to give freedom on projects

      Not a con but important to note - must be self motivated to get the work done because you are trusted to meet goals in a way that works best for you, without someone over your shoulder

      Pros

      The greatest part of working with Appluent is that you don't feel like you are just an employee, it embraces you like your family. Even the team members sitting 8000 miles away feels like family; that is the culture here. The CEO is highly motivated which brings lots of positive energy in the team. Your opinion is heard and valued here. It is a growing company and there are lost of opportunities to learn & grow with it.
