"Integrity and Balance"

In my years at Apptis, I have been impressed with how managers have treated the employees. There is fairness and emphasis on integrity. The current CEO told me to "put the employee first" as a manager.

Cons

As with any Government contractor, advancement and opportunities are based on winning contracts. Sometimes this is out of the control of the company. We also need to continue to work on Business Development.

Pros

Good people in most departments. Great opportunities for advancement. Good client relationships. They also seem to be on the cutting edge of new technologies so it is a great learning experience for an engineer. They support engineer training and certification also.

Cons

Not as focused on new contracts and expanding custoer base as needed
