      Pros

      I cannot think of any advantages.

      Cons

      Although not said, it is expected to work at home during evenings and weekends, without compensation whatsoever. Management style: micro management. Manager gets very irritated when a employee makes decisions without consulting, even if the decisions are within the employee's level of authority.
