Pros

I have worked at several MSP companies over the course of my career, and while every company has its issues, I do feel that Aqueity makes a genuine effort to make sure their staff is taken care of. There is a collaborative team culture, and people are always willing to help when needed. Leadership is approachable and available.

Cons

Some processes are still being developed and/or adjusted, so this can make task ownership unclear at times.

Pros

I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a truly exceptional organization. Aqueity's commitment to outstanding core values and maintaining an enriching culture is what makes the workplace such a pleasure for me. We're fortunate to have fantastic clients who share our vision, which only serves to enhance the collaborative environment. The leadership within our company is absolutely stellar – from the CEO down to every manager, they're not just top-notch professionals but also incredible mentors who actively support and invest in our growth. I'm consistently inspired by their guidance and am able to develop new skills that help me grow both professionally and personally. Moreover, we have a system of employee recognition programs which boosts morale and motivates everyone towards excellence. It's such an encouraging atmosphere where achievements are celebrated, fostering a spirit of competition and continuous improvement. Lastly, I'm thrilled about the work-life balance our company promotes. The policies ensure that my personal commitments don't get neglected while I focus on career advancement. All in all, it feels like striking the perfect harmony between professional development and personal fulfillment here.

Cons

Communication between departments at times is challenging due to competing priorities. Today, we have made noticeable progress in fostering better cross-functional communication and working together towards common goals.
