      Pros

      Very helpful team, specially if someone wants to start out their career in IT. Fun and stress free environment. Awesome team-lead and the IT manager is great and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      No remote work so you have to deal with traffic every day. The pay for entry levels isn't the best.
