Pros

Leadership, product and people were all great and I really enjoyed working there. Would jump on any opportunity to work in the same environment again.

Cons

I cannot really think of any cons except for the fact that it might have gotten acquired a bit too soon. Similar companies have twice the market cap as they are still independent.
