Pros

Working at Archon Group was like working with a family. Not every working relationship was perfect but you felt like everyone was working toward the same goals.

Cons

Change was constant. If you didn't thrive in an ever-changing environment (and most don't) then it could be a challenge trying to adapt at times.

Everyone is very professional. Leadership is good. They do everything they can to keep their employees happy.

Cons

Too big - large disconnect sometimes in communication between departments. Hard to grow within company because of this.
