Pros

I personally like working a full day and knowing that my work contributes to the company’s goals. Everyone on the team is nice and helpful. The company and the team believes in helping people and their actions and intentions are aligned with their belief. They are growing, doing well at it, and overcoming the challenges with growth.

Cons

Most departments are WFH. I'm looking forward to coming back into the office and interacting with everyone.

I have so much respect for Area51 Electronics. I believe in their mission, and most importantly, their leadership. I work with amazing people, the culture is so positive, and you're constantly challenged so you're able to learn and grow. I love how the company values employee feedback and emphasizes on process improvement. Change is good!

Cons

Some growing pains, which is expected from a company growing so fast, but Area51 Electronics does make efforts to help. Please keep doing this!
