Pros
One of the few companies in spain that strongly advocates for deploying full algorithmic trading strategies in futures markets. Wide range of tasks, wide formation, important autonomy in the development of the projects, participation in the benefits. Nice working environment and very nice and close relationship with the manager.
Cons
The small size of the firm makes it pressing and very hard to push always your work to the edge; the constant challanges from this very competitive market are sometimes overwhelming.

Cons
Being a small trading firm, limited time resources and market necessities impose intense working hours and stressful situations during negative market fluctuations. Limited diversity, lack of career advancement and fewer specialized roles can also be drawbacks.
