Prior this company I was working a 9-5 job. Regardless how hard I worked I would still make the same amount of money every day. Even worse, someone doing the same job as me, doing the minimum to get by, was still getting paid the same as me. Here, I have the opportunity to make what I am worth. If I want to take time off, I hit my goals I set for myself and then I reward myself afterwards. TWO THINGS THAT SEPARATE THIS COMPANY: 1) Travel Opp - I have traveled all across the country with the company. There are at least 2-3 conferences a year that we go to. I have personally gone to Nashville, Boston, Seattle, and Los Angeles. 2) Saturdays - Most companies limit "how much money you can make." Here, if I want to make an extra $300-400 every Saturday (that's rent money!) If I multiply that by 52 weeks in a year, I earned an extra $15,500 by simply investing a few hours of my Saturday.
