      Pros

      The people are amazing. Great, close-knit team who supports one another both professionally and personally. Management welcomes employee feedback and genuinely cares about employees. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills/work on different kinds of projects. Flexible PTO, good benefits, cool office in heart of city.

      Cons

      Small company, so everyone wears multiple hats. Priorities shift quickly based on projects and market trends.

      Pros

      The office environment is very open and relaxed with an overall positive vibe. Co-workers are always willing to help and work as a team, and are also genuinely fun people to be around. Communication is open and feedback is always provided, especially when asked for. I have been here a year and continue to learn new skills every day.

      Cons

      You are given a lot of responsibility very quickly so it can be a bit overwhelming at times. The industry moves very quickly and there are a lot of different clients that can be confusing to navigate. Ability to adapt quickly is a necessity.

      The people are amazing. Everyone is very supportive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Lots of opportunities to grow/learn new skills and decent scheduling flexibility if/when needed. Pup-friendly office.

      Cons

      Limited PTO (I believe it’s based on tenure) and 401k matching.
