      I love working at AC! The people are amazing, the environment is flexible, and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is hard at a smaller company like AC. There often aren't enough team members to appropriately manage the work level we have. It's constantly all hands on deck - all the time.

      Pros

      I am new to Arm Candy but can honestly say this job makes me happy. The people are so nice and genuinely want to get to know you as a person. I finally feel valued at a company. Arm Candy has a great office space, a supportive team, plus, amazing tools and resources. Best decision I have made.

      Cons

      No real downsides - maybe a nicer coffee machine and water dispenser? I am sure they will get those soon, though.
