strong deal flow, exposed to a lot of live transactions which is good. Teams are lean so you get exposure instead of being siloed into one specific task.

Cons

high expectations and fast-paced environment. Very intense due to volume of live dieals.

Very talented pool of colleagues to learn from, learning curve and quality of work at Arma is exceptional, solid deal flow, people are very friendly and helpful

Cons

No con particular to Arma, but like any other investment bank, the job demands commitment in terms of number of hoursdaily and that is something to be mindful of in banking

- Challenging and makes you develop and grow very fast - Ability to self-learn and develop initiative and critical thinking, and ability to solve problems on your own - Great exposure to deals, with a high likelihood of working on a deal at all times - Great internal culture and collaboration with senior individuals

Cons

It requires hard work and some late nights but certainly worth it for career progression
