Culture and direction is stellar, lots of room for growth. Company invests in employees training, and has a great growth model.

Teams can be silo-ed, and growth can be messy.

Amazing company, sold to ADT

Pros

ASG was an amazing company to work for. Not for everyone, but big on process and accountability. Great culture and support, especially in the Ops Department. When ADT took it over things started to change but I wasn't around long enough to speak to how those changes panned out.

Cons

The process makes the product more expensive which isn't for every client.
