Arrowroot Capital was a great organization to work for. I had never worked in the PE sector before, but it was a great opportunity to get my feet wet. The team was always eager to help. - Friendly, open work culture - My work was appreciated at all levels of the organization - Because of the smaller size there is a lot of room to grow your career and develop skills
