People there are really nice and the CEO is very accessible and likes to mentor his team. They also give employees a immense amount of freedom to do their work.
Cons
The company is not positioned for long-term success. Not enough emphasis on generating applicable data that fits its current product's market. Competition is making steps forward while the company is not. Company also has a tendency of making certain personnel decisions regarding advancement and training without proper due-diligence. The product they sell, though cool and full of potential, is not user-friendly and does not yet possess a lot of data for market-wide acceptance.
