If time off was needed for time with my family, or doctors appointments during business hours the owner was more than gracious in giving employees time to take care of those types of things. I have a great deal of respect for the owner. Great company to work for and I enjoyed my time there.
Cons
Small company. office staff was laid-off to insure the company could make it financially through winter. Very disappointing as I loved the job.
