Pros
The field is interesting, the colleagues are the best, and the company is quite relaxed on policies (remote work, beer on Fridays, etc.)
Cons
A lot of ad hocs, rarely time to focus on your primary tasks. Poor salary. They use a lot of free interns. Staff stays 1-2 years before they are so stressed out and find another job.
