      - more relaxed and methodical approach to developing our product - devs are more than willing to help and always have a positive attitude when assisting - product team is very available to help clarify expectations to devs - still has a start up feel while being part of Home Depot

      - sometimes communication can lapse between the different cross-functional roles (FE, BE, UX, QA, Product, etc) - unclear as to what priorities for the department are at times
