      Pros

      You can really tell that everything is about the team and the mission, and it’s a defining part of the culture. Everyone is genuinely nice and highly talented, which makes the environment both supportive and inspiring. Communication is open and frequent, especially when new initiatives or changes roll out, which makes sense in such a fast-moving company. The new facility is exceptional and makes it an even better place to work and collaborate. Leadership is both down-to-earth and bold, and they emphasize that balance as one of the company’s core values.

      Cons

      Because there is less structure than in a big company, sometimes you need to go directly to the right person to get decisions, but the company is still small enough that you can get to them quickly. Work can also be intense at times, especially during projects with key deadlines.

      Very clear direction from leadership. Decisions are made quickly and autonomy given to specialists in their space.

      Cons

      Still in a growing phase so changes are happening all of the time but it is not a negative.
