Extensive training program, great for beginners in the field. The management has been so helpful the entire way through, as well as offering an abundance of support as needed.

I had a great manager and coworker who made it a great experience. I entered without prior experience in real estate but they trained me thoroughly.

Cons

Not the profession for me, but there seems to be space to grow within the company.
