Pros

* Several great development teams to work with * Competitive pay with bonuses based on both company and personal performance. * Team trainings at least once, maybe twice a year. * Regular announcements and updates from management. * Parent company, Service Titan, has not micromanaged Aspire, but has acknowledged their business model works, and has even handed responsibility for other subcompanies to Aspire.

Cons

* Sales organization seemed to produce more good sits, but was not able to close business over the last couple of years, hurting * The reorganization that put Field Routes under Aspire management caused the Aspire org to triple in size overnight. The process of integrating Field Routes into Aspire's culture and weeding out bad actors from that organization has put strain on Aspire's bottom line.
