Pros

Asset Panda is an incredible technology that I love to use and is even easier to sell. My team members are incredibly supportive and so great at their jobs. It’s awesome to see our team come together the way we have in the last couple of months. If I had to describe asset panda in 3 words it would be: 1. Dependable 2. Ambitious 3. Supportive

Cons

Being remote can be a bit difficult to build camaraderie across departments. I don’t think that’s really a con though. Our team joined a fully remote organization for the flexibility and the ability to spend their social with whoever they want. Just something to think about if you’re an extrovert with a ready resume!

Pros

Managers have been great about supporting their teams. The culture values work-life balance and they do a great job validating and valuing everyone's efforts. I feel seen, supported, and equipped to succeed.
