Pros
You are helping a good cause, with technology becoming more and more of a demand this century, so is the need to have a cell phone as opposed to a house phone as it used to be. The company is great to work for, and the relationships built last a lifetime. I enjoy being able to help those in need with their needs, and finding an affordable solution to maintain the newest trend. The owners of the company as well as higher management, they are amazing and are so humble and down to earth, its almost as if it were a big family, and we're always on the same page. Its nice to come to work and feel comfortable and enjoy that what you're doing, is making everyone happy. Regardless of anyone's attitude.
Cons
This is a retail sales job, and with that comes a vast amount of public encounters with strangers. There may be good days, and days when you have the utmost ignorant people, but one thing is for certain, the goal remains the same. They may be upset at something irrelevant and take it out on you, and sometimes you meet those who wish you harm. It can get crazy a times. Nothing con about the company, more so of the customers you run into. Other than that, its an amazing Company to work for.

You are helping people in need, and making a difference in their lives just by being able to provide them with a working phone.
Cons
There is no real room to grow. If you are able to get the title of “Area Manager” just make sure you have a gas efficient car. As you will not be paid mileage for traveling. As far as bonuses go forget about it. Even if you have perfect inventory the “warehouse” will issue charge backs and kill them. The owner complains he can barely afford to pay himself which lowers morale amongst employees. Not to mention the Lawton locations can’t keep anyone trustworthy for long. Only location that is solid is the one on Gore. And that is because its own by someone different from the other two.
