Pros
I don't have words to describe how incredible my experience has been with Associate Staffing. Associate Staffing took a chance on me, someone who had no direct staffing experience, and no recruiting experience outside of college admissions, and hired me anyway and it has been the best journey. I've learned so much and have had so many opportunities to grow in the last year and a half and I'm so thankful. I love the ownership here, being able to fight for something bigger than ourselves, work our tails off, and see something for it - all of that and more. It is no secret that we are a smaller company compared to our competitors, we have fewer resources in some capacities but the quality of work we do outshines and the integrity we do it with can't be beat. Being able to take this ownership and integrity and run with it has been one of my favorite parts of my role. Getting creative to source talent and learn while being encouraged to do so by management is empowering. I have been here for just over a year and a half and have seen a lot of changes - from starting with a team in my city to becoming fully remote because needs and circumstances changed and the support I have felt from senior leadership has been consistent and incredible. Leadership is accessible, easy to have a conversation with, and just overall good people. I've seen this team hit records and continue to see this team reach goals that we didn't expect. I'm so thankful to be a part of this incredible place. This isn't your typical staffing agency, by far. When times are hard, they invest in the people, knowing that we will come out stronger in the end and so far, that has continued to be the case. My grandmother recently passed away and the love and support I received across the organization blew me away. I had so many coworkers offer help with work-related things, and send condolences, plants, or food and it meant the world to me being so far away from the rest of the team. This place is something special and I think those who catch onto that thrive, and those who are just here to clock in and out, don't. If you want to come in and help build something, this is the place for you.
Cons
I cannot think of any. I absolutely love my colleagues and the culture here, being able to work with this team is one of my favorite things. If you want to clock in and out and just collect a paycheck, this isn't the place for you. If you want to build something and see the impact that you are having on the organization, that's what this place is about.
