1. Great work life balance. 2. Management willing to teach and push you to succeed. 3. Great culture. 4. Great benefits (Medical, 401k, PTO .. etc). 5. Flexibility.

1. Dealing with unresponsive clients sometimes. 2. Heavy off season work load.

Thanks for the feedback. We try really hard to provide opportunities for growth at all levels and provide an honoring, respectful enviornment. Our pace is definetly fast as our client's have deadlines throughout the year that are required for various reasons. We strive to schedule accordingly and always encourage our team members to ask for help.
