Incredible supportive and understanding team of Directors. Always wiling to listen and to offer guidance. Great opportunities to learn, and develop your skills in the accounting industry. Employee assistance programme, to support staff.

Pros

If you're willing to put the effort in, then you will be rewarded, through pay increases, opportunity etc. Great management who recognize hard workers. Also some managers/directors are always willing to help and give their time to you. Some great employees within the company who are always willing to pull together & help each other out. Pay is good for the industry, especially when training.

Cons

Some higher management unwilling to listen to ideas of all colleagues no matter how good they may be, but you most likely get that everywhere!

Pros

Great People, really friendly, so keen to invest in staff and train them. So many have been here for a good few years, yet as the company grows new faces are frequent.

Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe wish parking was included, but only because I'm lazy lol.
