      Pros

      This company is about learning and growing. There are complicated tasks to make an impact. The team is really smart and action-centric.

      Cons

      Not that much offsite events and extra curriculum activities comparing to unicorn companies in Bay Area.

      Pros

      Highly recommended! Collaborative workspace, super cool missions, and much more job security and heritage than other "startups" could offer. Tons of customers and a wide variety of missions keep the work exciting. Extremely transparent and approachable upper management.

      Cons

      -Benefits are not the best -A little unorganized and with a decent amount of tribal knowledge. Not too bad to deal with on a small scale, but will be a challenge as AD grows.
