Good to start, but the Worst Company ever for Employees
Pros
Initially when the company was doing just alright, and when the number of employees were less, the employees were treated well as "assets". The opportunities to learn based on the projects that came along were good. Definitely was a good place for freshers to get to know the real world.
Cons
The Company treats their employees as worse than labor workers. If you join Atidan, the Salary negotiated at the time of joining may never / hardly increase. Moreover, high chances of reduction in salaries (happened in the past where 10-20% salaries were reduced), and quite recently major layoffs. To top it off, ridiculous policies around expense reimbursements, extended and un-rewarded extended working hours, weekends, nights. brings out all the frustration in employees.
