The team at Atkins Dellow is second to none - the support you’re given throughout your training and beyond is fantastic. Although the job has its pressures you’d never dread coming to work for the people, they’re fantastic. The Partners are generous and ensure that there are social events for everyone and that we all have the opportunity to unwind. There is no hierarchy or traditional legal office hierarchy. It’s an open door, open plan set up and everyone leans on each other.

Atkins Dellow is a fabulous place to work, I had a great experience there. Everyone that works there is very welcoming and supportive. It is a lovely environment to work in. All the Partners of the firm have such an approachable and friendly attitude to their staff and you will never feel alone, the only reason I left is because I was offered an opportunity that I couldn’t turn down somewhere else.
