Thank you for your review and comments. I am so proud of the growth you feel has occurred for you personally, and for us as a company. There is no question that our rapid growth caused some struggles with meeting client objectives a few years ago. It also created an opportunity to build better onboarding, training, and QA/QC systems that have tremendously improved our ability to perform today. With homegrown leaders like you, we were able to overcome our weaknesses and turn them into strengths for us and our clients. The pro you mentioned of "always room to grow" applies to not only staff/professional development, but also to us as a team/company. We are far from perfect, but your pros highlight some pretty great attributes of our company. Each of those positives came from listening to our team about what was working, and what was not working. People like you should be proud of our company because your fingerprints are all over the great things we are doing today. I look forward to our future together. Thank you for your review and comments. I am so happy to see that you felt heard during your time at Atlantic. That is something we have really focused on during the past several years. When times are tough, the economy is down, and the world is responding to something that is not our fault, our people are what matters. Listening to our employees is the sole reason we pivoted on our "big brother" technology. It was setup with good intentions - to make sure everyone was able to stay working from home while the world was shut down for COVID. Once I heard how it was being utilized by some of our managers, we quickly moved to strip it from non IT-management staff. That is a great example of listening to our people, I think. I hope your time here was filled with challenges and opportunities to grow professionally. We wish you nothing but greatness for your continued career in the geospatial field, and appreciate the time you spent at Atlantic to help us grow and improve each day.
