I was very picky with where I wanted to begin my post-undergrad journey, and then I found Atlas. I was looking for somewhere where I wouldn't just be another number and a stagnant 'employee.' I found the complete opposite here. You are empowered as an asset to the team if you are brought on, and right from the start. The tools for growth were laid out for me and I was encouraged to make them my own. I also wanted a company culture where I would feel welcomed and would be able to enjoy what I do, and who I do it with. I wanted to be apart of a team environment, and I found that here. All of these things contributed to getting me to where I am now, and that is having the opportunity to run my own business in such a short time. For whatever else I want to do with my future, I can use the tools i've acquired here for just about anything!

Cons

This is a business for self-motivated/driven people. Also for those who are truly seeking growth whether it be individually or professionally. If you want to grow and be rewarded immensely for it, you have to escape the comfort zone and walk the path less traveled, and that alone requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice.

A little time consuming but what do you expect if you want to own your own business within a year
