      Pros

      Fresh building in great location with park like setting for lunch time walks Approachable managers Work force goes for perfection and takes pride in it Good team spirit

      Cons

      Part of larger corporation which means both good and on occasion bad. Used to be closer to down town. If you don't live close and have an 8-5 position, traffic on the highways can be a little too much

      Pros

      Involved, compassionate management team. Interesting and fulfilling work.

      Cons

      Skeleton crew means that each employee is overburdened with work and it’s difficult to find the opportunity to train new hires. Company hierarchy is not super clear so there’s a lot of overlap with seniority/authority. Junior technicians can get in trouble with one senior employee or manager for following instructions given to them by another manager.

      Varied experience. Lots of interesting technical problems.

      Cons

      Work can be crazy busy or very slow. Not a lot of room or funding for innovation. Dealing with management outside of engineering can be difficult.
